The Simpsons (FOX): New. Cheech and Chong make a stop in Springfield while on their reunion tour. Homer ends up replacing Chong, so Chong teams up with Principal Skinner. Runs 30 minutes.

Californication (Showtime): New. Hank’s trial isn’t going well. Plays twice and again later.

Shameless (Showtime): New. The kids start to question who their parents really are. Plays again later.

Solid Selections

America’s Next Great Restaurant (NBC): New. A new logo and the hiring of an executive chef is the next couple of tasks for the 10 competitors.

Army Wives (Lifetime): New. Pamela finally decides what she is going to do. Claudia Joy gets offered a job. Joan doesn’t really like her new job. Plays again later.

Breakout Kings (A&E): New. The team is after a violent felon that abducts women to torture them. Plays twice and again later twice. Last week’s “Pilot” episode replays earlier in the day. Interested to see if the cast shuffling does anything for the show.

  • Chopped: All-Stars (Food Network): New. Part two of this five part special has 16 celebrity chefs taking the Chopped challenge to win $50,000 for their favorite charity. Plays again later.
