On cable tonight, Syfy has the second season premiere of Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files and TV Land has the second spring season finale of Hot in Cleveland and the first season finale of Retired at 35.

Modern Family (ABC): New. Claire and Phil aren’t too happy to find out that Luke has made friends with their cranky old neighbor. Jay is trying to get out of going to the symphony with Gloria and Manny. Runs 31 minutes.
Justified (FX): New. Raylan thought he’d fixed Winona’s problem, but must try to find another way to do so during a lockdown of the federal courthouse. Runs 61 minutes. Plays twice and again later.
