Prime Picks

The Vampire Diaries (The CW): New. Elena and the rest learn that Klaus is in town. They decide to possibly confront him at the 60s dance at school. Fantastic episode. Bonnie (@KatGraham) is badass with her new powers. Klaus having taken over Alaric’s body provides some fun. There are plenty of twists and action. One of the reason’s I like this show is because you never know what is going to happen. So, even when things end exactly the way I thought in this episode, there was still a brief second that I thought maybe they didn’t. It keeps you on your toes.

The Office (NBC): New. Will Ferrell guest stars at the new manager and everyone is trying to make a good impression.
Parks & Recreation (NBC): New. April and Andy put on a dinner party. Ben asks Leslie for some career advice. Ann visits a singles party.

30 Rock (NBC): New. Liz and Kenneth are tying to find Jack. Pete has the writers and staff competing in a contest.
Secret Diary of a Call Girl (Showtime): New. Belle begins to wonder is she has taken on too much. Plays again later.

Solid Selections

Community (NBC): New. Everyone is choosing his or her spring semester electives. A woman that Jeff is suspicious of sweeps Pierce off his feet.
The Paul Reiser Show (NBC): Series Premiere. Paul auditions for a new game show. I have a feeling this isn’t going to be good, but don’t really know. What I do know that given what type of show that it is that I love the Larry David makes an appearance in the first episode.

Nikita (The CW): New. Nikita is off to London with Owen to find another black box. Amanda puts Alex under a lie detector test. Last week’s episode was a huge turn for the series and this week we get to see how things are going to work now. This is a great episode with lots of action. We find out more about the guardians of the black boxes. They have really sped things up from where I thought they might be at this point in the season, but I can’t wait to see how the finish things out.

The Mentalist (CBS): Repeat. “The Red Carpet Treatment” episode replays, where an ex-con gets murdered soon after being released after his conviction due to DNA evidence is overturned.

Other Option

  • Bones (FOX): New. The team investigates when the body of a TV-show host is found in the woods. Nigel-Murray is trying to make amends with his coworkers.

Oxygen has seven episodes of Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
