Tonight, ABC has the eighth season finale of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and the seventh season finale of Desperate Housewives, CBS has the 22nd season finale of Survivor followed by a reunion special, and FOX has the second season finale of The Cleveland Show.

Over on cable, BET has the second season finale of The Family Crews and style has third season premiere of Jerseylicious.
