On cable tonight, Animal Planet has a Mutant Planet special, BBC America has the series premiere of Gordon Ramsay’s Great Escape, Cooking Channel has the first season finale of Eat St., the third season premiere of Food(ography) and the second season premiere of United Tastes of America, DIY has the second season premiere of I Hate My Kitchen, Food Network has the eighth season premiere of Chopped, History has the first season finales of Only in America With Larry the Cable Guy and How the States Got Their Shape, and MTV has the third season premiere of Teen Mom.

For some reason I thought and mentioned last week that FX had the final season premiere of Rescue Me tonight, but apparently it is tomorrow.

Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family): New. There is more trouble for Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer after last week’s events. Plays again later and before next week’s episode. Last week’s episode, “Blind Dates,” replays right before.

White Collar (USA Network): New. Peter and Neal are going after a teenage con man on a crime spree. Plays again later. Last week’s episode, “Veiled Threat,” replays earlier in the day.

Covert Affairs (USA Network): New. Annie and Reva get caught placing some surveillance cameras. Plays again later. Last week’s episode, “Around the Sun,” replays earlier in the day.

• The Nine Lives of Chloe King (ABC Family): New. Two Mai girls from Brazil make a surprise visit and it turns into a girls night out. Plays again next week. Last week’s episode, “All Apologies,” replays earlier this evening. This show has shown a lot of improvement over the last couple episodes and the trend continues with tonight’s episode.
• Rizzoli & Isles (TNT): Repeat. Last night’s second season premiere episode, “We Don’t Need Another Hero,” replays.
