On cable tonight, A&E has the fourth season premiere of Billy the Exterminator, BBC America has the first season finale of Gordon Ramsay’s Great Escape, BET has the series premiere of Born to Dance, Lifetime has the series premiere of Picker Sisters, and TLC has the fifth summer season finale of 19 Kids & Counting and the fourth summer season finale of The Little Couple.

Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family): New. Emily ends up in the hospital. Plays again later. The previous nine episodes replay leading up to tonight’s episode.

White Collar (USA Network): New. Keller is back in New York. Neal goes undercover to bring in a fugitive. Plays again later. Last week’s episode, “As You Were,” replays earlier in the day.
