Listen to the latest TV times Three Podcast: Ep.106, “CBS Fall Preview 2011.” This week @CarlaDay joined @mytakeontv and I to take a look at the CBS Fall TV lineup, talk about their new shows, White Collar and The Lying Game, and some cancellation and renewal news.
Eureka (Syfy): New. Things go really bad during a visit by a Department of Defense auditor’s visit. Plays again later. The previous two episodes replay right before.
The Closer (TNT): New. The squad is investigating the murder of a police officer’s daughter. Plays again later. Last week’s episode, “Home Improvement,” replays right before.
Alphas (Syfy): New. Summer Glau (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Firefly) guest stars as an Alpha with the ability to create just about any type of device and may be dangerous. Plays again later. The previous four episodes replay earlier in the day. Another solid episode to go along with last week’s that shows this team coming together as an actual team that all want to be there. It’s taken a few episodes but this show is starting to really come together. I’m actually starting to look forward to the next episode and I wasn’t with the first few. What about you? What do you think of Alphas so far?
