Suburgatory joins the ABC Wednesday night comedy block as of September 28th. It stars Jeremy Sisto (Law & Order, Six Feet Under), Jane Levy (Shameless), Allie Grant (Weeds), Carly Chaikin, Alan Tudyk (Firefly), Rex Lee (Entourage), and Cheryl Hines (Curb Your Enthusiasm). From executive producer/director Michael Fresco (Raising Hope, Better Off Ted) and executive producer/writer Emily Kapnek (Parks & Recreation, Aliens in America) and is produced by Warner Bros. Television.
Single father George (Sisto) only wants the best for his 16-year-old daughter, Tessa (Levy). So, he moves them out of their apartment in New York City to a house in the suburbs. But all Tessa sees is the horror of over-manicured lawns and plastic Franken-moms. Being in the ‘burbs can be hell, but it also may just bring Tessa and George closer together than they’ve ever been.
