On cable tonight, Disney Channel has the series premiere of Jessie, Sundance has the first season finale of Quirky, Syfy has the second season finale of Haven, and TLC has the second season premiere of Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta.

Nikita (The CW): New. Nikita and Michael come in contact with Owen while looking into an old Division program.

Fringe (FOX): New. A serial killer is being tracked “Over There” and they ask for some help from over here. This is one of the best cases they’ve done and is very interesting to think about.

Haven (Syfy): Season Finale. The dead are coming back and seeking revenge. Plays again later. The previous 10 episodes replay earlier in the day. This isn’t as WTF awesome as the first season finale, but it does end on a pretty good cliffhanger. But, what it does do is answer a bunch of questions. It doesn’t answer everything of course, but you won’t feel cheated.
