In cancellation news, NBC has canceled The Playboy Club and encore episodes of the previous Thursday’s episode of Prime Suspect will takeover the timeslot for the time being.

How I Met Your Mother (CBS): New. Marshall jumps in after he sees how his boss is handling a big settlement. Ted’s class trip doesn’t go as planned. Runs 31 minutes.
2 Broke Girls (CBS): New. Caroline wants Max to help her break into her old place to get something she needs. Starts a minute after the half hour and runs 29 minutes.

Hart of Dixie (The CW): New. Zoe sets out to win the town’s gumbo competition. Lemon doesn’t like that Levon seems to have a crush on another woman. Brick and Zoe have to work together.

Castle (ABC): New. A young woman gets shot and Beckett and Castle learn that the gun used had been stolen from a fellow cop. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

Solid Selections

Terra Nova (FOX): New. Elisabeth, Jim, Malcolm and Taylor come across a deadly virus while investigating radio silence at one of their outposts.

House (FOX): New. House gets an unexpected visitor that asks him to help out on a case at Princeton Plainsboro. House tries to reconnect with Wilson, who is unreceptive.

Hawaii Five-0 (CBS): New. The team is looking into the murder of a deep sea diver that is famous for some of his finds.

  • Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives (Food Network): New. Guy checks out some “Latin Street Food.” A repeat episode follows and four repeat right before. All six play again later.
  • Gossip Girl (The CW): New. Nate is asked to cross a moral line. Chuck helps Dan try to accept his fate. Serena is back on the Upper East Side.
  • Enlightened (HBO): Series Premiere. A big corporate employee has a nervous breakdown and returns with a new perspective after receiving therapy at a holistic clinic. Runs 35 minutes. Plays again later.
  • The Lying Game (ABC Family): New. After hearing Ted and Kristin fighting, Emma attempts to get them to talk about the past. Sutton learns more about Emma, while pretending to be her in Las Vegas. The previous two episodes replay right before.
  • Two and a Half Men (CBS): New. Walden is on the search for love. Alan finds that he may have another shot with Lyndsey.
