On cable tonight, Bravo has the second season premiere of Work of Art: The Next Great Artist, E! has a True Hollywood Story: Kate & Pippa special, Lifetime has a Dance Moms special, Syfy has the first season finale of Paranormal Witness, and USA Network has the sixth season premiere of Psych.

Suburgatory (ABC): New. George becomes quite popular with the rest of the PTA members, which angers a certain mom and neighbor. Tessa helps overhaul the school paper.

Modern Family (ABC): New. Neither Jay nor Manny are interested in Gloria’s help with their problems. Claire considers running for city council. Runs 31 minutes.
Happy Endings (ABC): New. Megan Mullally (Will & Grace) guest stars as Penny’s always-optimistic mother. Starts a minute after the half hour and runs 29 minutes.

Psych (USA Network): Season Premiere. Shawn discovers a body after sneaking into a place on another case. Lassiter keeps testing everyone with his polygraph. Plays again later. A great start to what is sure to be another great season, which looks to put Shawn closer and closer to being found out.

Criminal Minds (CBS): New. A killer is going after the survivors of a high school massacre after they gather for a reunion.

Revenge (ABC): New. Emily goes after the psychiatrist that institutionalized her as a child. The Graysons are on edge after the recent scandals.
