On cable tonight, E! has the first season finale of Dirty Soap, Hallmark Channel has the TV movie premiere of Cancel Christmas, TLC has a 19 Kids & Counting special and the series premiere of All American Muslim, and WE tv has the fifth season premiere of My Fair Wedding With David Tutera and the series premiere of I Do Over.

• The Next Iron Chef (Food Network): New. The chefs must create a dish using movie snacks. Plays again later.
• The Walking Dead (AMC): New. Hershel doesn’t like a plan the group has come up with. Plays again later two times. Last week’s episode, “Cherokee Rose,” replays right before.
