Prime Picks

Once Upon a Time (ABC): New. Emma becomes a deputy. A sinkhole opens up at the edge of town. In the fairytale world, Jiminy wants to get out of the family business.

Dexter (Showtime): New. Someone unexpected helps Dexter. Debra continues her therapy. Plays again later. Last week’s episode replays earlier in the evening.

Homeland (Showtime): New. Brody begins reliving his captivity even more. Carrie ends up in the middle of a public relations disaster. Plays again later. Last week’s episode replays earlier in the evening.

Solid Selections

The Simpsons (FOX): New. The Simpsons are putting on a party to celebrate Krusty’s new liquor brand. Homer gets promoted at work. Runs 30 minutes.

Leverage (TNT): Winter Premiere. The family member of a veteran that was dumped in a river comes to the team for help to find out what really happened after the case is quickly wrapped up and sealed. Plays again later. So much fun watching the team infiltrate a college campus and a secret society that is behind some dastardly experiments. I am very happy to have this show back for the next eight weeks.

Iron Chef America (Food Network): New. Chef Jason Knibb takes on Iron Chef Bobby Flay. Plays again later.

Other Options

  • Boardwalk Empire (HBO): New. Jimmy is working on a new revenue stream. Nucky has a new lawyer. Plays again later.
  • Challenge (Food Network): Season Finale. Four cake makers compete to build the best Christmas themed cakes. Plays again later
  • The Next Iron Chef (Food Network): New. Each chef gets assigned section of New York and must tell the story of that area with food. Plays again later.
  • The Walking Dead (AMC): Fall Finale. Secrets get revealed. Hershel won’t relent on what the world has become. Andrea has come out of her shell. The previous six episodes replay leading up to tonight’s midseason finale.

AMC has seven episodes of The Walking Dead S.2.
Nickelodeon has 23 episodes of Friends tonight into late night, which goes from the last 18 episodes of S.3 thru the first five episodes of S.4.
