On cable tonight, Disney Channel has the series finale of Wizards of Waverly Place, IFC the second season premieres of Portlandia and The Increasingly Poor Decision of Todd Margaret, Sanctuary has the fourth season premiere of Merlin, and TLC has third season premiere of Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta.

In late night, G4 has the first season finale of X-Men Anime.
