Tonight, CBS has the People’s Choice Awards 2012, The CW has the ninth, and final, season premiere of One Tree Hill, FOX has a Mobbed special, and NBC has Whitney on its new night and the series premiere of Are You There, Chelsea?
Over on cable, History has the second season premieres of Only in America With Larry the Cable Guy and American Restoration, Syfy has the eighth season premiere of Ghost Hunters and the second season premiere of Face Off, Travel Channel has the series premiere of Amazing Eats, and USA Network has an Out of Character With Krista Smith special.

Revenge (ABC): New. Emily goes after an author who is connected to the Graysons and the Clarkes. Conrad gets dirty in his divorce from Victoria.

One Tree Hill (The CW): Season Premiere. The final season begins with Brooke, Julian, Haley and Nathan are adjusting to new life responsibilities. Plays twice.
Harry’s Law (NBC): New. Erica Durance (Smallville) guest stars as a woman that needs a lawyer after acting as a vigilante while dressed as Wonder Woman.
Leverage (TNT): Repeat. This past Sunday’s episode, “The Radio Job,” replays, where the team goes into a government facility and has to stage a hostage crisis.

- State of Play (BBC America): Repeat. The finale has Stephen finding out who knew about Sonia and who is protecting George. Plays again later.
