On cable tonight, A&E has the fifth season premieres of Parking Wars and Billy the Exterminator, Hallmark Channel has the TV movie premiere of Cupid, and Syfy has the TV movie premiere of Jules Verne’s The Mysterious Island.
NBC announced that they will be moving The Firm to Saturday nights, which was originally supposed to be as of tonight, but now is scheduled to return on February 18th.

Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown (ABC): Repeat. Sally thinks a box of candy Linus brought his teacher is actually for her, so she gives him a card. Lucy is looking for a little affection from Schroeder. Charlie is waiting for a card and attempts to invite a girl to a dance but things don’t go well.
The Fades (BBC America): New. Paul doesn’t know why he is no longer dead. Runs 75 minutes. Plays again later. Next week is the season finale.
Smash (NBC): Repeat. The “Pilot” episode replays. If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s worth giving a shot. You might actually like, even if you don’t care for musicals all that much like myself.

- Cougar Town (ABC): Repeat. The two-part second season finale episode, “Something Good Coming,” replays. Season three premieres Tuesday night following Last Man Standing.

- CBS has college basketball action with Connecticut at Syracuse followed by third round coverage of the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am golf tournament.
- ESPN has five college basketball games with Louisville at West Virginia, Kansas State at Texas, Maryland at Duke, Michigan State at Ohio State and Kentucky at Vanderbilt.
- ESPN2 has six college basketball games Butler at Cleveland State, Arkansas (Little Rock) at Middle Tennessee State, New Mexico State at Utah State, Wichita State at Creighton, Alabama at LSU and Xavier at Temple.
- NBA TV doubleheader action with the Denver Nuggets at the Indiana Pacers followed by the Phoenix Suns at the Sacramento Kings.
