Last Man Standing (ABC): New. Mike gets NASCAR driver Tony Stewart to appear in the store with his car, which gets him thinking about how much he misses the adventures he used to have while out on the road.
Cougar Town (ABC): Season Premiere. Grayson thinks Jules is predictable. Ellie is starting to worry about how little Stan’s is behaving. Travis has a new place. A very good episode to get things started back up again. I have missed this gang and it is great to have them back on my screen, even if it is a weird timeslot. The only bad thing about the episode is that the promos completely spoils the best part of the episode, which I always find sadly funny, cause the screener I watched starts off with a request not to spoil major plot points ahead of time. At any rate, if you are a fan of the show, you will enjoy this episode.
New Girl (FOX): New. Jess gets Schmidt to be her wingman as she attempts to hookup with a good-looking stranger. Nick seems to be spending more time with Julia’s assistant than with her. Runs 31 minutes.
Raising Hope (FOX): New. Jimmy meets a girl at an improv class that agrees to be his fake girlfriend in an attempt to make Sabrina jealous. Starts a minute after the half hour and runs 29 minutes.
Justified (FX): New. Raylan is attempting to save Dewey Crowe and Boyd has found himself a new adversary. Plays twice and again later. Last week’s episode, “The Devil You Know,” replays in late night as well.
NCIS (CBS): New. DiNozzo has to work with his ex-fiancée while investigating a case that leads the team to an underground society.
The River (ABC): New. Everyone except AJ is suffering from blindness due to some tree spores, which leaves him to overcome his biggest fear in an attempt to figure out a cure.
Parenthood (NBC): New. Julia is trying to stay out of Zoe’s life. Kristina isn’t so sure about Amber going with Bob on a business trip. Max attempts to use his Asperger’s as an excuse to not participate in gym.
