On cable tonight, Bravo has the ninth season finale of Top Chef, Discovery Channel has the fourth season premiere of Sons of Guns and a Top 10 Shootouts special, Showtime has an Inside NASCAR: Daytona 500 special, and USA Network has the sixth season winter premiere of Psych.

Prime Picks
The Middle (ABC): New. Sue is hoping for a really big party to celebrate her leap day birthday.
Suburgatory (ABC): New. The new poetry teacher seems to have taken a liking to Dalia’s writing and Tessa is not very happy about it.
Modern Family (ABC): New. Mitchell is feeling some pressure to plan a really great party for Cam’s birthday. The girls mess up Phil’s plans for leap day. Runs 31 minutes.
Happy Endings (ABC): New. Dave scores a liquor license for his food truck. The gang tries to avoid his new drink, since it does crazy stuff to them. Runs 29 minutes.
Psych (USA Network): Winter Premiere. Cary Elwes returns as Despereaux to help find a mythical dagger that could be the key to unlocking a rumored large treasure. Plays again later. The previous four episodes replay earlier this morning. As season six resumes, they are still on fire. They have a lot of fun with the Indiana Jones references. But, as is usually the case with this show, even if you don’t know much about that movie franchise, the episode is still quite enjoyable. They have developed quite the knack for creating a great comedy with multiple layers. One that can be enjoyed by anyone and a second that ads to the fun for those that are fans of whatever genre/movie/show/topic they are having fun with that episode.
Solid Selections
One Tree Hill (The CW): New. Haley gets some potentially bad news. Dan is visiting his dark past. Julian and Brooke have to deal with the release of Xavier.
Criminal Minds (CBS): New. The team is off to Atlanta where they think more than one unsub is responsible for a series of murders.
Revenge (ABC): New. The Graysons come together in the wake of the shooting. Emily becomes a bit anxious.

- CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS): New. The team has to go old school in their investigation after a kidnapping during a blackout.
Sports Notes
- ESPN has college basketball action with Maryland at North Carolina followed by NBA action with the Chicago Bulls at the San Antonio Spurs.
- ESPN2 has doubleheader college basketball action with Marquette at Cincinnati followed by Oklahoma at Texas.
