Once Upon a Time (ABC): New. A madman with a hat fetish abducts Emma. In storybook land, the Queen is looking to hire a man of magic. Runs 61 minutes.

The Good Wife (CBS): New. Alicia gets assigned to a panel investigating a police shooting, but begins to question some of the actions by the chairman. The IRS begins to look at Kalinda.

GCB (ABC): New. Gigi is putting on a party for Carlene’s uncle where everyone is supposed to dress as their favorite Texan. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

The Simpsons (FOX): Repeat. “The Man in the Blue Flannel Pants” episode from earlier this season replays. Runs 30 minutes.

Shameless (Showtime): New. Monica wants to end things. Karen is in labor. Steve will identify theft. Plays again later.

Breakout Kings (A&E): New. The team is after a dying man on the run that is taking out people before his time runs out. Runs 61 minutes. Plays twice and again later twice. The previous two episodes replay earlier in the day.
