Over on cable, ABC Family has the fourth spring season premiere of The Secret Life of the American Teenager and the third season premiere of Make It or Break It.

Alcatraz (FOX): New. Rebecca and Doc are after a man that may have information on all the returning inmates.
Alcatraz (FOX): Season Finale. Hauser discovers something important. Rebecca is after the returnee that killed her partner. Looking forward to seeing what kind of answers we get as the first season closes out. Would you like to see this show come back for a second season?
Castle (ABC): New. Five people die after a bomb goes off at a protest rally. Beckett and Castle attempt to reconstruct the 47 seconds right before the explosion. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes. Things from last season’s finale and this season’s premiere, about what Beckett remembers, comes up during an investigation. Very interested to see what the fallout from this will be. What about you?

Being Human (Syfy): New. Aidan and Suren are looking forward to their future together. Sally tries to fix a life she ruined. Josh has to choose between Julia and Nora. Plays again later. Last week’s episode, “Dream Reaper,” replays right before.
Lost Girl (Syfy): New. Dyson awakes covered in blood and gets accused of killing Ba’al, who is a close associate of The Morrigan’s pet psychopath. Plays again later.
Late Night
- Mad Men (AMC): Repeat. Last night’s fifth season premiere episode, “A Little Kiss,” replays. Runs two hours and eight minutes. Plays again later.
- Make It or Break It (ABC Family): Season Premiere. Payson, Kaylie and Lauren begin eight weeks of training for the Olympics, but an uninvited gymnast takes a shot at making the team.
- Smash (NBC): New. Derek goes to Karen for help in taking the show away from Tom and Julia. Eileen has to deal with her ex after her daughter comes for a visit.
