On cable tonight, MTV has the fourth season premiere of 16 & Pregnant, Nat Geo Wild has the series premiere of Caught in the Act, Oxygen has the series premiere of Best Ink, TLC has the sixth spring season finale of 19 Kids & Counting, and WE tv has the second season finale of Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?

Justified (FX): New. Raylan goes up against a couple of hit men from Detroit. Things come to a head in the battle between Quarles and Boyd. Plays twice and again later. Last week’s episode, “Guy Walks Into a Bar,” replays in late night as well.
