Raising Hope (FOX): New. Virginia gets Jimmy thinking that Sabrina is doing more than studying with her new study partner. A repeat episode follows.
Cougar Town (ABC): New. Jules wants to have the perfect wedding and worries about letting Travis be the photographer. Bobby wants to move things forward with Angie, guest star Sarah Chalke (Scrubs). Apparently this is not actually on tonight, as there is a Dancing With the Stars special instead.

New Girl (FOX): New. Jess learns about Cece’s secret. Winston is having trouble keeping a secret. Nick goes to Schmidt for some dating advice. Runs 31 minutes.
Breaking In (FOX): New. Oz finds out that Molly has a thing for him and goes to Cash for advice on keeping women away. Starts a minute after the half hour and runs 29 minutes.

Justified (FX): New. Raylan is getting closer to taking down Quarles, who is becoming more and more unpredictable. Boyd makes an alliance with Dickie Bennett to get his hands on the money Mags left behind. Plays twice and again later. Last week’s episode, “Measures,” replays in late night as well. Next week is the third season finale.
