Over on cable, ABC Family has the fourth season finale of The Secret Life of the American Teenager, BBC America has the 18th season finale of Top Gear, Bravo has the fifth season premiere of The Real Housewives of New York City, History has the second season premiere of Cajun Pawn Stars, and Sundance has the series premiere of Push Girls.
