Over on cable, A&E has the series premiere of Barter Kings, BBC America has The Brit List: 20 Sexiest special, Discovery Channel has the first season finale The Devils Ride, Encore has the miniseries premiere of Thorne: Sleepyhead, MTV has the sixth season premiere of Teen Mom, and Spike TV has the series premiere of World’s Worst Tenants.

Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family): New. The stakes are raised, as a past mistake of Aria’s is used against her and Emily ends up in an even more fragile state. Spencer and Hanna try to figure out who they are dealing with now. Plays again later. Last week’s third season premiere episode, “It Happened That Night,” replays right before.

Jane by Design (ABC Family): New. The design team has to impress a movie star to get a big retail account. Billy is continuing to have trouble adjusting to being back at school.

Franklin & Bash (TNT): New. Jared and Peter are working their first manslaughter case. Their client is a wannabe crime fighter that was pursuing someone that later ended up dead. Plays again later.

  • Bunheads (ABC Family): Repeat. Last night’s series premiere episode, “Pilot,” replays. If you didn’t watch last night, you should check it out. I watched it again last night and it was just as great the second time.
  • Rizzoli & Isles (TNT): New. Things are still not quite right between Jane and Maura. They investigate the death of a college student. Plays again later. Last week’s third season premiere episode, “What Doesn’t Kill You,” replays right before.

  • ABC has Game 1 of the NBA Finals tonight.
