Over on cable, ABC Family has the second season finale of Melissa & Joey and the first season finale of Baby Daddy, Comedy Central has the seventh midseason finale of Futurama, Food Network has the second season premiere of Restaurant Stakeout, Syfy has the second season finale of Haunted Collector, truTV has the 10th summer season finale of Operation Repo, and USA Network has the second summer season finale of Necessary Roughness.
In late night, TV Land has the second season finale of Retired at 35.

Melissa & Joey (ABC Family): Season Finale. Joe has asked Elena to marry him so she can stay in the country and they ask Mel to officiate the wedding. Eighteen previous episodes replays leading up to tonight’s season finale episode.
Baby Daddy (ABC Family): Season Finale. Riley is taking her duties as the maid of honor too seriously and Ben tries to turn what he thinks will be a boring affair into something more fun.
Royal Pains (USA Network): New. HankMed treats a pop star that is visiting the Hamptons. Paige is preparing for school. Runs 61 minutes. Plays again later. They have a lot of fun with what goes into being a manufactured pop star.
Necessary Roughness (USA Network): Summer Finale. The Hawks season is about to start and lots of things are up in the air. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 61 minutes. Plays again later. This is a really good finish to a pretty good season, except for one storyline that ends kind of oddly. But, a certain set of shippers are going to be really happy.
