The Vampire Diaries (The CW): New. Stefan and Damon disagree about what is best for Elena. A stranger arrives in town and causes problems for Mayor Lockwood and Sheriff Forbes. Jeremy and Matt are surprised by the return of an old classmate.

Person of Interest (CBS): New. The daughter of a Brazilian diplomat is protected by Reese. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 60 minutes.

Elementary (CBS): New. Sherlock and Watson help on a child abduction case that may involve a serial killer known as The Balloon Man. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

Last Resort (ABC): New. Marcus and Sam find out that they have been officially charged with treason. A threat inside the group is brewing. Christine is visited by an old friend of Sam’s.

The Office (NBC): New. Jim gets Dwight believing the office building is unsafe, so Dwight rents a bus for use as a new office. Runs 31 minutes.
Parks & Recreation (NBC): New. Leslie has to teach a sex-education class to seniors after an STD outbreak. Tom has to try and get used to life without gadgets. Starts a minute after the half hour and runs 30 minutes.

Scandal (ABC): New. Olivia is shocked by how far up a scandal goes. Tensions rise around Quinn’s background. Starts two minutes after the hour and runs 58 minutes.
