Over on cable, Discovery Channel has a Bering Sea Gold special, IFC has the second season finale of Whisker Wars, Lifetime has the series premiere of Teen Trouble, and TLC has the ninth season premiere of Say Yes to the Dress and a couple of Say Yes to the Dress: Randy Knows Best specials.

Arrow (The CW): Repeat. The “An Innocent Man” episode replays, where Arrow asks Laurel for help in proving a man is being framed for murder.
