My favorite thing about Psych is that they embrace their weirdness, they are never apologetic for being quirky. I appreciate that!
The way Shawn and Gus interact with each other.
My favorite thing about Psych is how generally excited I am to watch the episodes. It’s one of the few shows I make time in my busy week to sit down and watch. The interaction between James Roday and Dule Hill sells the show. The way they play off each other, and interact with the rest of the cast, makes it a must view for me.
Shawn’s dad.
They’re living out childhood fantasies each week. Every week it’s a flashback (and case) revolving around something they loved as kids and never grew out of – comic books, stuntmen, Star Wars, Indiana Jones and the list goes on and on.
The characters are fun!

My favorite thing about Psych is how they are able to bring [good] humor into most of the situations because I think the best thing in life is a good laugh even when you’re having a hard time and Psych shows great examples of that in every episode.
My favorite thing about Psych is how hilarious it is. No matter what kind of mood you’re in, turning on Psych will make you laugh. It’s infectious and full of delicious flavor.
My favorite thing is how they relate the past to the present. Using the lessons that Shawn’s dad taught him that he doesn’t even think about anymore and just uses. Hopefully teaching younger generations that your father/mother sometimes knows a little more than you think they do, and usually have a reason for what they are trying to teach you. Great show!!

My favorite thing about Psych is how well the show is written. It’s difficult to make such serious subjects absolutely hilarious, but Psych does it with ease. They take their fans into account and really include us in the show.
All of the different relationships between the characters! Obviously Shawn and Gus’s chemistry and the “tough love” relationship between Shawn and Henry, but Lassie’s love/hate friendship (of sorts) with Shawn and Gus, and his protective “big brother” attitude toward Jules, just adds a whole ‘nother layer of awesomeness.
I don’t think I could pick just one thing that is my favorite: The humor/companionship between Shawn and Gus, the love of Juliet, the sarcasm of Henry, the angry, weird geekiness of Lassiter. It all wraps up into the perfect show.

Its really hard to pick a favorite thing about Psych! Theres so much to love!! But if I must pick, I guess I would say its the way Shawn and Gus interact, and making it so funny! This show never fails to make me laugh, and that makes me happy!

My favorite thing about Psych is the re-watchability! New Episodes or Old, I watch whenever they are on. #psychaddiction. Also, no denying Gus looks like Bud from the Cosby show!!!! WHATTTT!!!!
I love everything about Psych, but my favorite thing is the way you can see the cast and crew’s closeness through the way they portray the characters. The characters have nice, close relationships, and you can tell the cast and crew genuinely love working together.
The word play between Shawn and Gus, and other characters now, is my favourite part of the program.
My favorite part about Psych is that it is so much fun! It’s still a crime show and sometimes tackles serious situations, but there is always a really fun energy and super funny parts even when the characters are dealing with some heavy stuff! And I love that! I just makes me happy to watch it!

I love Psych because of the matter-of-fact humor. None of the humor is complex, but it’s creative. If you haven’t been living under a rock for the last 30 years, it all makes sense. The show also nailed the best friend dynamic. Best buds till the end, but they can tell each other to “suck it,” and, yeah, they each get the idea, but it’s because they’re best friends that in they next scene they’re going out for jerk chicken and fries cuatro queso dos fritos like nothing ever happened.
My Favorite thing that I like about paych is the love that Shawn Gus have for each other. They are true friends that lookout for each other no matter what. I also enjoy watching them make fools of themselves because they don’t care who sees it.

My favorite thing about Psych is the balance of the show… There’s tension/suspense/drama when there needs to be, but yet the backbone of the show is comedy. It has an unfair advantage over shows that are just dramas or just comedies. It’s like the difference between 2D and 3D!

I love the hilarity mixed with aspects of drama that make the character’s personalities pop. The acting is good too. You’d have to be pretty good to get through some of the funny scenes without bursting into laughter all the time. I think an easier question would have been ” what dont you like about psych?” The answer I dont like that it’s not on often enough.

I love that Psych is a laid back detective show. So many shows are so serious that it depresses me at times. With Psych you get the serious side of police work via the chief Vick and detectives Carlton Lassiter and Juliet O’hara, and you get a fun side of detective work outside of police procedure via, Shawn and Gus. On the show they find the perfect balance of the two and no matter what mood I’m in I am always in a better mood after watching another Shawn and Gus adventure!

My Favorite thing about psych is the not only the humor of the show, but the way Shawn and Gus interact with each other, the fact that they are best friends who hang out and do what they do best, solving murders, and the way that Shawn and Jules handle their relationship.

My favorite thing? I don’t think I can narrow it down to one. I like how the entire show doesn’t take itself too seriously. I mean even when they have serious episodes (like the premiere last night) I was laughing throughout the entire episode. I always know that I will have a smile on my face after each episode. Even if it’s the 30th time I’ve seen the episode.

What I Love about Psych is that it is hilarious, character driven and has soul. I Love how the cast is a perfect match. All the episodes have me laughing and in tears at the same time. I absolutely Love the relationship between everyone; Shawn and Gus, Shawn and Juliet, and most of all Shawn and his dad! The writing for this show is very unique and always fresh every season! And most of all it is the perfect complement to Monk and softened the hurt when Monk ended.

A few of my favorite things about Psych are the relationship between Shawn and Gus, and the relationship between Shawn and Jules.
Shawn and Gus- I love how they are complete opposites, but fit together like puzzle pieces. I also love the way that they react to food and sweets.
Shawn and Jules- I love how much they love each other, and how Shawn will do anything to protect Jules. I also love how James and Maggie are a couple in real life, so it makes the show seem more real.

My favorite thing about Psych is no one can really describe it in one word other the just saying, “It is Psych!” In the time period of one episode a viewer will go from laughing to on the edge of tears. It is not just a comedy it’s a drama, a thriller, a romance, a horror movie wrapped up in to one delicious pineapple flavored show. Psych is a melting pot of cinematic culture, they don’t make the same jokes over and over they find new and sometimes obscure references that most people will laugh at but the ones who understand it will love.
I love Psych because of the chemistry between all the actors, the greatest pop culture and sci-fi references (Gus and Geordi LaForge I rest my case), the smart writing, and when Gus screams like a little girl. This show is smart and funny and I love it!!!

My favorite thing about Psych is, well, everything. C’mon son, how could I possibly choose? The cast, writing, and directing are all phenomenal. Heck I’m sure even the PAs and craft services are top notch! You can tell from the show and interviews that everyone loves what they do. Psych perfectly blends comedy and poignancy, quirkiness and drama, all while solving interesting crimes. I love Psych and every time I watch it I feel like Psych’s heart hearts me back.
The break between season 6 and 7 was crazy long, but the season 7 premiere was like meeting up with a good friend you haven’t seen in a long time and somehow you pick right up with one another like no time has passed at all. Psych is simply amazing. You know that’s right.

My favorite thing about psych is how despite how many people know Shawn isn’t a psychic and how close the characters are that they haven’t figured it out. It’s hilarious how Lassiter wouldn’t think that Shawn’s dad wouldn’t have taught him about anything cop related, including lie detectors. I also love how the episodes tie into the past present and real world events and shows.
I love psych because I get it! I mean come on, “Have you guys ever seen Altered States, I just got back from being a monkey!”
Any show that can bring back Twin Peaks is AWESOME!

My favorite thing about Psych? Well, pretty much everything I guess. It is an amazingly funny show, there is adventure, weekly mystery, and a little (clean) romance too. Doesn’t that about cover any scenerio you would want to watch on TV? Best show ever!

The hilariously sneaky references to other shows or comparisons to celebrities that Shawn does. I like how you have to be paying attention to catch the joke.
My favorite thing is how they act like complete children! It makes it so relatable and a million times funnier! All the other tv show now have a seriouse one and a stupid character. The best thing about psych is that Shawn is very childlike but he’s not stupid, and Gus is more mature but does all the childlike things Shawn does. Psych is probably the greatest show EVER! Thanks USA Network for the fantastic creativity!

My favorite thing about Psych is the repetition of the quirky things they do: The nicknames, the whispering, the snack breaks, the pineapple, “Suck iiiiiit”, the blueberry, the quirky 80s references, there are so many things. The writing of the show is what is so unique and make it one of a kind!!

To clarify: Shawn and Jules(Shules), I love all the relationships, I love the fact that they get a WWE wrestler every season, I love all the guest stars and how determined they are to get people, I love all the jokes, the danger, I love Lassy, Gus, Juliet, Henry, and Shawn. I love everything they do :D

My favorite thing about Psych is how it brings people together. I have met so many people from all over the world simply because we share an interest in such an amazing show. We’re all different, but we’re a family because each week, even while the show is on hiatus, we’re brought together by it. Psych is a wonderful, amazing show all on its own, but it’s the fans that really make it something even more special. I have never found a fandom as “psych-o”, or friendly, or as deeply rooted as the Psych fandom. We have the amazing writers, cast, and crew to thank for that. So thank you, Team Psych – we adore you and you will forever hold a place in my heart.

My favorite thing about psych is the relationships – and I mean more than shawn/jules or lassie/marlowe, etc. Gus and Shawn, Jules and Lassie, Shawn and Henry – etc. I love that the show is light and humorous and quirky, but the characters love for eachother is evident without the humor being lost.

I love Psych because they have kept a very clean integrity so far with their plots and language. The characters really play off each other and remind me of real friends and how they act. The characters are refreshingly ‘themselves,’ in that they are down to earth and in sync. The plots are very clever as with the scripting, which we see the characters ad lib as if right on cue. I love the father/son relationship and how the perspective of “through a child’s eye” changes during the course of life’s maturity (or at least the perspective – the jury is out on the level of maturity). Psych represents a wonderful, clean cut (for the most part) exciting weekly program. Now also much with social sector and other network participating fun stuff – like this Psych kit. Thanking everyone and everything that created and delivers this great tv show.
My favorite thing about psych is how funny they are. I was in the hosptial after major surgery and had stitches across my stomach. There also was a psych marathon on that day. I almost ripped open my stitches several times laughing so hard.

I recently watched all of Psych while my husband was traveling for business and I love it. I think the relationships between characters have really developed and they are all so endearing in their own unique way. I think the Shawn/Gus relationship is my favorite and I love the way the play off of each other and just seem to click so well.
I also think they do an amazing job getting their fans aligned and invested using social media. It’s pretty impressive.
