Community (NBC): New. The study group begins taking a European history class, from guest star Malcolm McDowell.
Parks & Recreation (NBC): Repeat. The “Halloween Surprise” episode from earlier this season replays, where Ron takes Diane’s girls out trick-or-treating.

Scandal (ABC): Repeat. The “Truth or Consequences” episode from a couple weeks ago replays, where Olivia’s team learns about the rigged election. Runs 62 minutes.

Elementary (CBS): Repeat. The post Super Bowl episode, “The Deductionist,” replays. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.
