Over on cable, A&E has the fourth season premiere of Storage Wars and the series premiere of Bates Motel, ABC Family has the fifth spring season premiere of The Secret Life of the American Teenager, BBC America has the 19th season finale of Top Gear, and Syfy has the first season finale of Continuum.
Prime Picks
Continuum (Syfy): Season Finale. Kiera attempts to stop a bombing and change the future. Alec ends up getting captured while trying to help Julian. Plays again later. The first nine episodes of the season replay earlier today. This is a really good episode that ties up a few things, but leaves things in an interesting spot going into season two.
The Following (FOX): New. Ryan and Parker try to work around their new leader. Joe wants Ryan to tell him Claire’s location. Some past followers come back. Replays Friday night.
Castle (ABC): New. Castle and Beckett work a case where it appears that a woman died after watching a scary DVD. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

How I Met Your Mother (CBS): New. Robin thinks it’s time for Barney to sell his bachelor pad, but he is hesitant. Lily working for the Captain puts a strain on her relationship.
