Over on cable, ABC Family has the third season finale of Pretty Little Liars and a special presentation of the series premiere of Twisted, BET has the first season finale of Second Generation Wayans, Bravo has an Inside the Actors Studio: Tina Fey special, Discovery Channel has the series premiere of How We Invented the World, and Spike TV has the series premiere of Urban Tarzan.
NBC will be moving Smash to Saturday nights as of April 6th.
