Arrow (The CW): New. The Huntress returns to town and threatens to ruin everyone and everything Oliver cares about. Laurel’s mother is back and believes she has proof that her other daughter is still alive. Thea gets Oliver to hire Roy at his nightclub.

Modern Family (ABC): Repeat. The “Fulgencio” episode from earlier this season replays. Runs 31 minutes.
Suburgatory (ABC): New. Dallas worries about how she stacks up to George’s ex. Starts a minute after the half hour and runs 29 minutes.
