Tonight, NBC has the fifth season finale of Parks and Recreation.

Over on cable, Lifetime has the season 11 Project Runway reunion special, MTV has the series premieres of The Show With Vinny and Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous, and Nickelodeon has the fourth season premiere of Big Time Rush.

In late night, FX has the second season finale of Brand X With Russell Brand.
