Tonight, ABC has the fourth season finale of The Middle, the fourth season finale of Modern Family and the first season finale of Nashville, CBS has the eighth season finale of Criminal Minds, FOX has the fourth season premiere of MasterChef, and NBC has the 14th season finale of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and the first season finale of Chicago Fire.
