Over on cable, A&E has the second season premiere of Storage Wars: New York, Comedy Central has the series premiere of Drunk History and the second season premiere of The Jeselnik Offensive, and Syfy has the first season finale of Exit.

In late night, Syfy has the second season finale of Total Blackout.

Twisted (ABC Family): New. Town residents disagree whether Danny should be able to attend the Fall Festival. Lacey is looking for info about the necklace. The first four episodes of the series replay earlier this evening.

Perception (TNT): New. Pierce thinks that a bunch of bizarre public murders are a killer trying to send a message. Donnie doesn’t think Pierce’s theory is correct. Plays again later.
