On cable tonight, A&E has the second season finale of Storage Wars: New York and ABC Family has a Twisted: Socio Studies 101 special recapping the first 10 episodes of the series.

Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family): New. The girls try to trap “A” at their school hoedown. Ezra goes to Aria for help. Toby continues to be manipulated in hopes of getting more information about his mother. Last week’s episode, “The Mirror Has Three Faces,” replays right before.

Covert Affairs (USA Network): New. Annie attempts to cover her tracks by joining an FBI investigation. Annie is presented with a major opportunity by Henry. Runs 61 minutes. Plays again later.
