On cable tonight, Hallmark Channel has the American Humane Association Hero Dog Awards 2013 special, MTV has the second season premiere of Girl Code, Syfy has the ninth season finale of Ghost Hunters, and TLC has the second season premiere of Extreme Cheapskates and the fifth fall season premiere of Hoarding: Buried Alive.

Arrow (The CW): New. Oliver sets out to stop a man from delivering illegal guns to the Glades. Felicity finds something out for Oliver.

The Tomorrow People (The CW): New. One of Ultra’s most wanted comes out of hiding. Stephen’s mom is suspicious about his job. This week we get some backstory on John in another good episode, even if it doesn’t use Jason Dohring (Veronice Mars) really all that much as Ultra’s most wanted.

Nashville (ABC): New. Rayna does an interview to try and set the record straight. Scarlett goes to Avery for some advice.

Revolution (NBC): New. Miles questions Monroe’s true allegiance. Aaron continues to have questions about his visions.

Criminal Minds (CBS): New. The team thinks the unsub has a fascination with the Salem witch trials.

American Horror Story: Coven (FX): New. Fiona’s choices cause problems for a truce that has last a decade. The Council of Witchcraft visits the school. Runs 65 minutes. Plays twice and again later.
