We talk a little news and then discuss the recent episodes of Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, American Horror Story: Coven, Arrow, Haven and The Walking Dead.

Prime Picks

The Vampire Diaries (The CW): New. Damon and Elena attempt to clue Stefan in on Amara’s situation. Katherine gets some disturbing news.

White Collar (USA Network): New. Neal goes undercover as a butler to help protect the fortune of a Manhattan family. Runs 61 minutes. Plays again later.

Elementary (CBS): New. Sherlock and Watson join in on the investigation into the murder of a beautiful woman with a connection to a billionaire CEO. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

Solid Selections

Parks & Recreation (NBC): New. Leslie has to head to a late night filibuster. Ron and Donna go hunting. Runs 31 minutes.
Parks & Recreation (NBC): New. Leslie decides she is going to work on a haunted house with Ben, Chris, and Ann on the day of the recall vote. Starts a minute after the half hour and runs 30 minutes.

The Crazy Ones (CBS): New. Simon and Sydney have to deal with the potential loss of his first client. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 30 minutes.
The Michael J. Fox Show (NBC): New. Mike attempts to get Ian to go back to college. Annie finds out that her daughter has been confiding in Leigh.

Covert Affairs (USA Network): New. Annie, Augie and Calder head to Hong Kong on a mission. Joan and Arthur attempt to unveil a traitor. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 61 minutes. Plays again later.

Other Options

  • The Big Bang Theory (CBS): New. Leonard has to walk a mile in Sheldon’s shoe. Penny confronts Raj’s ex. Runs 31 minutes.
  • Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): New. Callie deals with her malpractice suit and gets a visit from her father.
  • Ground Floor (TBS): Series Premiere. Brody from the top floor falls for Jenny from the ground floor and their bosses disapprove. Runs 35 minutes. The second episode tonight has Jenny wanting to keep things casual, where Brody wants more. Runs 30 minutes. Both play again later. This is actually really good. It is from the creator of Scrubs and has John C. McGinley playing a very Dr. Cox-ian role, but it’s what he does well. Unlike much of what passes for comedy on TBS, this is actually very good. I’ve seen the first four and am very much looking forward to seeing more.
  • Once Upon a Time in Wonderland (ABC): New. We see Will and Anastasia first enter Wonderland.
  • Parenthood (NBC): New. Sarah gets some advice from Zeek. Amber makes a big decision.
  • The Returned (Sundance): New. Camille decides to create a new persona. Adele finally accepts Simon’s return. Runs 75 minutes. Plays again later.
  • Scandal (ABC): New. Mellie does an interview to try and fix the public backlash she created. Huck continues to push Quinn away, which puts her in danger.
  • Strike Back: Origins (Cinemax): Repeat. Last Friday night’s episode replays.
