On cable tonight, E! has a Fashion Police: 2013 American Music Awards special, Hallmark Movie Channel has the TV movie premiere of Christmas With Tucker, HBO has the documentary premiere of Toxic Hot Seat, and TNT has the second fall premiere of Major Crimes.
