Tonight, ABC has the Barbara Walters Presents the 10 Most Fascinating People of 2013, CBS has A Home for the Holidays special, The CW has The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2013 special, and NBC has Michael Buble’s 3rd Annual Christmas Special.

Over on cable, Bravo has a Kathy Griffin: Record Breaker comedy special, Comedy Central has the third season finale of Key & Peele, E! has an Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues special, Syfy has the second season finale of Haunted Highway and the first season finale of Killer Contact, and TNT has the first season finale of Mob City.

A Home for the Holidays (CBS): New Special. Celine Dion hosts and performs along with performances by Ne-Yo and Chris Young, as celebrities present some inspirational stories of adoption.

Modern Family (ABC): Repeat. The season four premiere episode, “Bringing Up Baby,” replays. Runs 31 minutes.
