Tonight, ABC has The Bachelor: Countdown to Juan Pablo special, NBC has a Best of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon Primetime Special, and PBS has the fourth season premiere of Downton Abbey.

Over on cable, History has the series premiere of The Curse of Oak Island.
