Prime Picks

Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family): New. A sleep deprived Spencer ends up thinking she is in a black-and-white film noir world. Plays again later two times. Last week’s episode, “Hot for Teacher,” replays right before. While the episode is basically filler postponing the needing to tell Aria about Fitz, it is done very well and is a lot of fun.

New Girl (FOX): New. Jess deals with her older trouble making sister. Nick tries to help Schmidt pick up a woman at a bar-mitzvah. Was hoping that after a couple of episodes that seemed to have even things back out, this episode is sadly a letdown. The sister storyline isn’t very good and neither is the Winston storyline.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine (FOX): New. Jake messes with Det. Boyle’s relationship. Amy and Rosa have to deal with a costumed crime-fighter.

Justified (FX): New. Raylan heads to Harlan after learning of an attack on Alison. Boyd is trying to get Ava protection. Runs 71 minutes. Plays twice and again later.

Other Options

  • Cougar Town (TBS): New. Laurie attempts to teach Jules about karma. Bobby attempts to overcome his fear of rollercoasters. Runs 30 minutes. Plays again later.
  • Twisted (ABC Family): Season Premiere. Jo is having some trouble dealing with her feelings. Danny learns something about his father. Karen goes to an old friend for some help. Plays again later.
