Arrow (The CW): New. Oliver is shocked to learn that Slade Wilson is in Starling City. While back on the island we learn more about what happened with Slade’s increasing rage problems.

Psych (USA Network): New. Shawn and Gus investigate after learning that the owner of their favorite food truck has been killed. Marlowe goes into labor while visiting. Plays again later.

The Americans (FX): New. Philip is looking into what went down after the last operation. Elizabeth gets a distress signal of mysterious origins. Runs 65 minutes. Plays twice and again later.

Revolution (NBC): New. Aaron awakes in a world with power where everything is as it would have been had the power not gone out, but begins to realize that something isn’t right.
