Tonight, CBS has the second season finale of Unforgettable and the fourth season finales of Hawaii Five-0 and Blue Bloods.

Over on cable, TLC has the third season finale of Say Yes to the Dress: Randy Knows Best.

Unforgettable (CBS): Season Finale. Carrie investigates a murder at her high school reunion and has to remember things from her teens for clues.

Grimm (NBC): New. Nick and Hank catch a case that is connected to the Verrat. Renard becomes suspicious of Adalind. Runs 61 minutes.

Hannibal (NBC): New. Jack and the team find out what happened to Freddie Lounds. Will wants Alana to protect herself. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.
