Tonight, ABC has the fifth season finale of The Middle, the fifth season finale of Modern Family, the first season finale of Mixology and the second season premiere of Motive, CBS has the 28th season finale of Survivor followed by the reunion special, FOX has the 13th season finale of American Idol, and NBC has the second season finale of Revolution, the 15th season finale of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and the first season finale of Chicago PD.

Over on cable, Comedy Central has the first season finale of Triptank, Cooking Channel has the third season premiere of Roadtrip With G. Garvin, Food Network has the first season finale of Save My Bakery, FX has the second season finale of The Americans, and History has the first season finale of Down East Dickering.

Prime Picks

Revolution (NBC): Season Finale. Miles, Charlie and Monroe attempt to come up with a plan to keep Texas and California from going to war. Aaron and Rachel continue to try and save Priscilla. Since NBC decided to cancel this show, this is the defacto series finale.

The 100 (The CW): New. Murphy returns claiming to have been tortured by the Grounders. Octavia comes back to the camp with a warning after meeting Lincoln. The camp deals with an outbreak. Last week’s episode “Unity Day” replays right before.

The Americans (FX): Season Finale. Philip and Elizabeth attempt to get their children out while still completing a mission. Stan decides what to do about Nina. Runs 67 minutes. Plays twice and again later.

Other Options

• Game of Thrones (HBO Signature): Repeat. This past Sunday night’s episode, “Mockingbird,” replays. Plays again later on HBO.
• Modern Family (ABC): Season Finale. Lots of problems abound for Mitch and Cam’s wedding, but finally something unexpected works in their favor. Runs 31 minutes.
• Motive (ABC): Season Premiere. Flynn and Vega work an apparent suicide that leads to another suicide years earlier. Angie doesn’t like the new boss. Solid return for this show. If you liked it last summer, you’ll continue to enjoy it.
• Silicon Valley (HBO): Repeat. This past Sunday night’s episode, “Proof of Concept,” replays.
• Veep (HBO): Repeat. This past Sunday night’s episode, “Special Relationship,” replays.

• ESPN has Wednesday Night Baseball action tonight with the Los Angeles Dodgers at the New York Mets.
• MLB Network has a game today.
• TNT has an NBA Playoffs game tonight.
