On cable tonight, ABC Family has the third summer season premiere of Switched at Birth and the second season premiere of The Fosters and FX has the fourth season finale of Louie.

Switched at Birth (ABC Family): Summer Premiere. Things get complicated for Bay. Daphne is out to find who was behind the brick at her mother’s studio. Emmett deals with being bullied by Matthew. Plays again later.

24: Live Another Day (FOX): New. Jack works with the president to stop Margot’s planned terror attacks. Kate does whatever is needed to get information on Margot. Plays again Friday night.
