Revenge (ABC): New. Emily and Victoria deal with a major loss. David works to protect those he loves. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

Solid Selections

The Simpsons (FOX): New. The Simpsons run into some major trouble after riding the wrong ride at Dizzneeland.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine (FOX): New. Jake invites Capt. Holt to Charles’ beach house, which the rest of the detectives don’t like. Amy drinks a bit too much, which amuses Gina.

Resurrection (ABC): New. Arcadia deals with a power outage while Bellamy and the Langstons search for Jacob and Margaret. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 60 minutes.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS): New. The CSIs find out that the Gig Harbor Killer suspect is being released from jail because there isn’t enough evidence.

Sports Notes

  • Galavant (ABC): Series Premiere. A musical comedy the revolves around the medieval hero named Galavant. He has fallen on hard times after the love of his life leaves him for the evil King Richard. A princess comes to offer him the chance at a comeback. Runs 61 minutes. Two episodes play to kick things off tonight and while I’m not the biggest musical fan that is actually the best part of the premiere. The tunes are catchy, but the show wasn’t as funny as I was hoping it would be. Not sure if I will continue to watch, but it only lasts four weeks. So, maybe I will. How about you, will you be watching tonight?
  • Madam Secretary (CBS): New. Elizabeth deals with a problem that interrupts her 25th anniversary celebration with Henry in New York. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.
  • The Missing (Starz): Repeat. Last night’s episode, “Return to Eden,” replays. Plays twice and again later twice.
