Kate Simses, Tisha Campbell-Martin, Jonathan Slavin and Ken Jeong in ABC’s Dr. Ken – (ABC/Danny Feld)
In this episode we preview ABC’s new comedy Dr. Ken. It stars Ken Jeong (Community), Suzy Nakamura (Go On), Dave Foley (NewsRadio, The Kids in the Hall), Tisha Campbell-Martin (My Wife and Kids, Martin), Jonathan Slavin (Better Off Ted, Kate Simses (Mixology), Krista Marie Yu and Albert Tsai (Trophy Wife).
Dr. Ken is about a brilliant physician with no bedside manner that’s always trying to be a good doctor, as well as a good husband and dad to his two kids. Luckily, his therapist wife is just the right partner to keep things sane.
Dr. Ken takes a fantastic cast and squanders it in the early going here with uninspired writing that leaves you wishing more than ever that ABC had kept Cristela for another season.
