Over on cable, History has a Drunk Stoned Brilliant Dead: The Story of the National Lampoon.

On streaming, Amazon drops the first season of Mad Dogs and Netflix drops the Ricardo O’Farrill: Abrazo Genial comedy special as of this morning.

In late night, Adult Swim has the seventh season premiere of Childrens Hospital and Comedy Central has a Crash Test Hosted by Rob Huebel and Paul Sheer comedy special.

Billions (Showtime): Repeat. This past Sunday night’s series premiere episode, “Pilot,” replays. Plays again later.

Hawaii Five-0 (CBS): New. Grover heads back to Chicago to close out an old case. Chin and Kono get held at gunpoint by two criminals that don’t know they are cops.

Blue Bloods (CBS): New. A former cop shoots a mugger and then goes on the run. Baez wants to go after a drug dealer she witnessed him kill someone when she was a child.
