Get Grimm S.5 on DVD at AmazonTonight, The CW has The Vampire Diaries: Forever Yours special and the series finale of The Vampire Diaries.

Over on cable, Discovery Channel has the seventh season finale of Gold Rush, Disney has the TV movie premiere of Tangled Before Ever After, and Food Network has a Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives special.

On streaming as of this morning, Amazon drops the complete second season of Hand of God and Netflix drops the complete first seasons of Buddy Thunderstruck and One More Time and the complete second season of Love.

Next week, Amazon drops the complete first season of You Are Wanted, The CW has the fourth season premiere of The Original, HBO has the second season premiere of Animals in late night, and Netflix drops the complete first season of Marvel’s Iron Fist.

Grimm (NBC): New. Nick and Hank may have found who is behind a bunch of deaths. Eve needs some help from Adalind. Capt. Renard wants to make a deal.

Sleepy Hollow (FOX): New. Diana thinks that the team should be focusing on Dreyfuss after one of her mentors is attacked by a monster.

Blue Bloods (CBS): New. Jamie and Eddie think that a husband may have killed his wife after finding out he is a paramedic and didn’t do anything to save his wife. Erin is worried that she has sent an innocent man to prison.

The Vampire Diaries (The CW): Series Finale. Damon and Stefan battle their biggest enemy to save Mystic Falls. Starts a minute before the hour and runs 61 minutes.

Homeland (SHO2): Repeat. This past Sunday night’s episode, “Imminent Risk,” replays.
